Husband
Brooklyn-based music producer, composer and DJ, Concrete Husband, crafts dynamic pieces and mixes inspired  by his background as a classically trained flutist and composer at the New England Conservatory of Music.

Through live performances, he uses flutes and vocals to create dreamy, experimental songs adorned with virtuosic flute technique and microtones. His experimental electronic soundscapes build the foundation on which these flute melodies and ornaments live.

As a DJ, Concrete Husband blends contemporary groove based techno with his own musical productions. His mixes showcase the current sounds of the underground with a focus on a sensual and driving sound. He blends a minimum of three tracks to create webs of complex syncopations. He regularly performs at Basement, made his Wire Festival debut in 2024, and has shared bills with 44 Label Group, Len Faki, Daria Kolosova, Estella Boersma, Volvox, Charlie Sparks and many more.

Concrete Husband has performed on an international tour with Eartheater, and regularly performs at NYC venues such as Basement, Knockdown Center, and Public Records. His scope of influence is boundless, with work featured in curated experiences both digital and physical, including scoring for Dion Lee’s Fashion Week 2024 Shanghai show, performing flute for the Pre-Met Gala Dinner hosted by Michèle Lamy of Rick Owens, and being the featured flutist for Ari Aster's A24 film, ‘Beau is Afraid'.

His upcoming engagements consist of a Document Journal feature, performances at high-profile events such as Milan Fashion Week x Munch Museum, and headlining at Berlin’s Silent Green.
